Reviews
We like the camping, though we weren't a big fan of the tent pitches. The location and staff are wonderful, like the other reviews say. There is so much to do by just leaving the camping by foot. For us the only downside were the pitches, they offer little privacy and it can feel cramped together. Also the car was not allowed on the pitch. Still, would recommend to people who stay in Levanto. Good camping.
A warm welcome extended to us. Clean, modern facilities with a small bar/shop too.
Out of the owners control but please note, church bells locally and a pack of barking dogs nearby too. Also, not the cheapest site you'll ever stay on. We paid €48 for 1 night.👍🇮🇹
What a wonderful camping!
Would recommend this to anyone. Only a short walk to the city centre & the beach.
Kind personnel, very helpful and can communicate in a variety of languages.
The sanitary situation is very roomy & clean. They even provide toilet paper!
Showers are great as well, even hot water was available.
Great prices as well!
Wow. Lovely friendly staff, show you to your pitch before checking in. Great facilities, well maintained. Small shop on site, and even a little cafe serving brekkie/lunch and a drink or two. Definitely book this campsite if you want to use this as a base to visit the Cinqueterre. You can walk to the station. You can walk to the shops/beach/restaurants in the town which will surprise you, as the town itself is a destination in its own right. Biggest surprise of all, is a repurposed train line, now a cycle route from Levanto to Bonassola and to Framura, so bring your bikes, as you can also cycle to numerous rocky coves accessed off the cycle path. Absolutely delightful.
Went there for 2 nights but left after the first one. They don't care about the place they give you. The Only importance for them is to make sure every square meter of the camping is full. So we ended up in between the stinky bins and the toilets with spotlights facing our 'camping spot'. I ended up using my towels to cover the spotlights to have a darker space to sleep.
On top of that you have cats and dogs yelling all night with scooters passing by as well. Also, don't hope to have a spot on grass as the areas for tents are on gravel... Super comfy!
With other words make sure to ask enough information when you book this camping or you might end up like me.
Positive note: showers and toilets were clean. Nothing else.
A very nice and quiet place, lots of shadow that allows to sleep long enough in the morning
All facilities were very good and very clean, hand soap and toilet paper were always available in toilets. Toilets and showers were cleaned at least twice a day
The greatest advantage of this camping is lovely staff always willing to help and being able to communicate inany languages (English, German, French /Italian of course / and probably some other as well)
Close to the train station (a very nice thing especially when you travel with interrail or plan to visit/hike in 5Terre) and city center of Levanto which has a lot to offer
The camping shop/cafe is a cherry on top with delicious coffee and brioche waiting in the morning and possibility to order fresh bread for your own breakfast every day - so u don't have to worry it's gonna sold out before you wake-up. A lot of nice people hanging out here both in the morning for breakfast and afternoon/evening for appetitive or simple glass of wine...
We loved this place and we hope to ce back here 🔜
A very beautiful, hidden, quiet and calm campsite in Levanto, close to the city center and the train station.
The tent pitches are arranged like a vineyard and the staff is very, very friendly, sociable and multilingual (e.g. English, German, French, Italian).
Electricity is available at the pitches, the sanitary facilities are newly renovated and the local Bar supplies you with everything you may need for breakfast or your evening drinks.
Attention to all RVs, the entrance and the pathways are narrow and steep. (which keeps the place quiet 😉)
Absolutely lovely place, for both tenting and for caravans. What we will remember: the people. So so so nice, helpful, cheerful! Thank you for making this stay just amazing!
Drinks and food are great, too.
